Job Posting for Battery Builder - Assembly - Elkhart, IN at Spherion Staffing

Come work for a growing company in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry!

Shift: 1st shift - 5am-3pm - Monday through Thursday with OT possible on Fridays/Saturdays

Pay: $15.00/hr to start - raise to $17.00/hr once training is complete!

The Battery Builder is responsible for using components and parts to produce High Voltage and Low Voltage battery packs for some of the EV industry's largest companies! Candidates need to have mechanical capabilities, a keen understanding of safety, reliability with attendance and good tenure with past employment.

Job Technical skills

  • Experience with basic hand tools
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to assemble batteries using required components
  • Ability to read and comprehend basic schematics - preferred
  • Supports the battery team
  • Basic math skills including units of measure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per year
