What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technician Mechanical position at Spherion Staffing?
Spherion is recruiting for the position of Technician level 2. This is a Direct hire order and what I would consider a career move. Typical duties will be to assemble equipment when skid and parts are ready, troubleshoot and test machinery, identify malfunctions and resolve issues. Overtime is almost a given at some point during the various projects. my client is seeking someone who is wanting to find a home and grow... Responsibilities:
*Build equipment correctly according to P&E drawings, ensuring equipment meets customer requirements and expectations
*Troubleshoot and test machinery and equipment
*Assemble equipment when skid and parts are ready
*Complete adjustments during the fabrication process based on punch lists
*Travel to customer locations to troubleshoot and repair rental equipment and customer owned equipment
*Communicate material needs to the Shop Manager
*Communicate with Shipping and Receiving lead regarding parts
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
*Build equipment correctly according to P&E drawings, ensuring equipment meets customer requirements and expectations
*Troubleshoot and test machinery and equipment
*Assemble equipment when skid and parts are ready
*Complete adjustments during the fabrication process based on punch lists

Associate
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
*At least 3 years of experience performing he above duties
*Fiberglass Reinforce Piping experience is a HUGE advantage
