Spherion is hiring General Laborers to package/assemble Hand Tools in Warsaw, IN!
Shift and Pay:
1st shift: 6AM-4:30PM Monday-Thursday
Pay: Ranging from $10.50-$16.50/HR
*Starting pay is $10.50/HR but employees can get $2.50 added onto every hour if they do not have any attendance issues, $2.50 added per hour for hitting rate, and $3.50 added per hour for exceeding rate. This means Employees can earn up to $16.50/HR!
Job Description:
Our customer is a family-owned, global supplier to the hand-tools market, providing both innovative solutions and time-tested products from our manufacturing facility in Indiana.

Our diverse selection of products and brands allows our customer to order all of their tool needs from a single source.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare items for shipment
- Sticker items to be sent to customers
- Assemble shovels and other tools provided by customer
- Inspection of products prior to being shipped out
Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow all verbal and written instructions
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Familiarity with hand tools is preferred but not required
Requirements:
- Ability to work Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand throughout the 10 hour shift
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check
