This position is temp to hire in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment with fantastic benefits once hired on.
Working hours: NIGHT SHIFT - Start time is 6:00 p.m. and end time will vary depending on current needs. This is typically around an 8-hour shift, but employees need to have the flexibility to work later. OT opportunities are a strong possibility. Flexibility from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. is required.
Projected Annual Income: $49,000-$7,000 (paid hourly, $21-$24/hr plus $3.00 shift differential, and potential overtime)
Responsibilities:
- Capable of leading a crew of assemblers
- Ability to assemble and dismantle product to meet customer specifications
- Must be able to interpret blueprints
- Perform product testing
- Assist in pulling product as needed
Skills:
- Lead experience is required
- Mechanical aptitude
- Forklift experience
- Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with basic hand tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Steel-toed boots
Education:
- High School
