What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at Spherion?
Spherion is hiring a Busser for the restaurant and bar of a local casino. Working schedule is Thursday- Sunday 4:00pm-11:00pm, with pay starting at $13.00/hr tips.
Responsibilities
Cleaning: Clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables, as well as sweeping, mopping, and wiping down tables and chairs
Stocking: Ensuring the dining room is well-stocked with items like silverware, plates, napkins, and water glasses; Refilling condiments.
Setting tables: Setting tables with clean linens and silverware
Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining side stations, floors, and furniture
Customer service: Welcoming guests, taking drink orders, and delivering and removing dishes
Assistance: Helping the server team deliver food to tables, refill water glasses, and alert servers if guests need something
Working hours: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
