Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using appropriate testing devices and tools.
Analyze and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems.
Fabricate parts as needed using appropriate tools and equipment.
Install new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper setup and calibration.
Assist with the relocation of machinery within the facility.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Ensure machinery and equipment comply with safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
Log all maintenance activities and repairs in the maintenance management system.
Identify opportunities for improving machinery efficiency and reliability.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest improvements.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
Work with the maintenance team to quickly resolve unplanned downtime issues.
