Our Inspector will be working a first shift with limited required OT. The Inspector will support our customers for conducting inspections of products, materials, or processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Responsibilities : Responsibilities include but not limited to :
Perform visual inspections of products, materials, or components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Use various measuring tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to take accurate measurements and verify dimensions.
Conduct functional tests or performance evaluations of products to assess their functionality and reliability.Document inspection results, including any defects or deviations from specifications, using written reports or electronic records.
Communicate findings to relevant stakeholders, such as production managers, quality control supervisors, or engineering teams.
Identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions or process improvements to prevent recurrence.Follow established procedures and protocols for conducting inspections and maintaining inspection records.
Participate in internal audits or quality improvement initiatives as needed.Adhere to safety protocols and practices while performing inspection activities.
Working hours : 6 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM
Skills : Proficiency in using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team.
Good problem-solving skills.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
Education : High School
Experience : 1-4 years
Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in quality control preferred.Proven experience as an Inspector or quality control technician in manufacturing.
Familiarity with quality control procedures and inspection techniques.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
