What are the responsibilities and job description for the Itoh Cutter Operator position at Spherion?
The Itoh Cutter is responsible for the daily operations of a computerized cutter. The operator orders raw materials and follows instructions on job tickets to cut materials for respective press size or finished product. Tabs press sheets into the desired quantities for packaging before the trim. Performs weekly light duty maintenance, including blade changes, oil changes, etc. This position is 6:30 am to 2:30 pm Mon - Fri. This is a full time permanent position with a manufacturer located in Deforest, WI. Excellent benefit package.
Qualified candidates must have a high-school education or equivalent degree. Flexibility, a focus on detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment are essential qualities for success in this role. Qualified candidates must have previous experience operating a large format guillotine cutter.
