Responsibilities :
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
Load spools of wire and rolls of fabric, monitor the production process, adjust machine settings as needed, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Perform and record standardized quality testing and inform management of any quality issues.
Perform machine changeovers in a timely and efficient manner, following all job specifications.
Perform minor preventative maintenance tasks.
Perform general material handling duties.
Organize and / or stock raw materials in the work area.
Operate a powered industrial truck if trained and licensed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment per 5S standards, and follow all safety protocols, including use of required PPE.
Report any safety, mechanical, quality, or raw material supply issues to management promptly.
Meet established production goals.
Working hours : 3 : 30 PM - 12 : 00 AM
Skills :
Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
English fluency is required; Spanish fluency is a plus.

Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED
2 years of industrial machine operation experience.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting instructions, blueprints, and using measuring instruments
