- Greet and direct incoming clients or other personnel
- Prepare monthly newsletter for Public Housing and HCV / Section 8 departments
- Follow / track criminal charges for Public Housing and HCV / Section 8
- Assist in maintaining vacated files for Public Housing and HCV / Section 8
- Prepare monthly tenant rent statement mailing
- Prepare and affix postage to all outgoing mail and parcels
- Perform clerical duties such as typing correspondence and photocopying
- Process change forms for Public Housing and HCV / Section 8
- Open work orders for Public Housing
- Prepare reports; develop and maintain departmental forms
- Data entry of applicant information, perform verification procedures, and check applicant status on waiting list as needed
- Receive and record tenant rent payments
- Other duties as requested
Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
