Office Inventory Adminsitrator

Looking for a dedicated and organization Office Coordinator to join Lovettsville, Virginia team in being the first point of contact for our guests and provide a broad range of administrative support to our management team.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and guests and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
• Open shipments; match up invoices to packing slips; and organize for Procurement.
• Receive shipments into the inventory database.
• Maintain inventory database.
• Help with packing of shipments; make packing slips and labels. Log shipment transactions.
• Prepares correspondence, presentations, email communications, and Excel spreadsheets.
• Maintain the filing system.
• Assist in general office administration and provide administrative support to special projects as assigned.
  
  

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 AM

Skills

• Costpoint ERP System or similar system preferred

• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) proficient
• Administrative Experience
• Inventory cycle counts
