PRESS OPERATOR

Job details We are seeking an experienced Press Operator to join a printing production team. The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience operating printing presses and related machinery in a commercial printing environment.

Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate various types of printing presses such as offset, digital, and flexographic presses ... - Ensure proper inking, registration, and impression settings to maintain high print quality
• Monitor press operations, identify issues, and make necessary adjustments
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs
• Follow all safety protocols and comply with environmental regulations
• Assist in job setup, plate hanging, and other preparatory tasks
• Maintain accurate production records and logs
• Meet production schedules and deadlines

Working hours : 2 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Skills :

• Experience operating offset, digital, and flexographic printing presses
• Strong mechanical aptitude for setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Formal training in printing technology

Education : High School

Qualifications :

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
• Knowledge of color management, densitometry, and print quality standards
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality printed products
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work while standing for extended periods
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
