• Pays attention to general cleanliness and clarity in production
• Working in production area (manual assembly, machine maintaining)
• Immediately informs your supervisor of any issues that will delay production
• Compliance with quality and delivery date of the products
• Production-accompanying quality control
• Building according to blueprints
• Compliance with quality and delivery date of the products

Skills / Qualifications :

• 1-3 years leadership and machine operating experience
• Able to delegate and lead a team
• Excellent verbal skills
• Use of spreadsheets and entering data
• Machine operations
• Team lead experience of 25-30 employees
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• This will be a 2-3 part interview process
• Resumes required
• Ability to pass a background check
