Job Posting for FT and PT Retail Sales - Gourmet Store at Spice Traveler - JP Retail Mgmt Inc

We are looking for Full Time and Part Time associates for our Spice Traveler location in Prescott. JP Retail Management is a small innovative retail chain with 10 locations throughout AZ based in Phoenix but locations in Northern AZ. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction and sales goals. Prefer you have a Retail Sales background and gourmet food or similar background. Or having an outgoing personality and enjoy working with gourmet food and ingredients is great too.

Responsibilities

Work with customers on products and selection plus show how products can be used to enhance their eating experience.
Restock merchandise and merchandise new products as they are delivered.
Open and closing of location and Point of Sales system.
Cleaning and keeping location neat and organized.

Skills

Customer Service Experience
Prefer background in Cooking or Food or just being a "foodie"
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation

$16.50 - $18.50 per hour depending on experience
Monthly Bonuses - based on store performance and your contribution
75% of Premiums Paid by Company for FT Employees - 32 hours minimum to meet FT
Paid time off and other incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
