We’re looking for a passionate Inbound Business Development Representative to join our growing team and help us deliver intuitive and delightful experiences to our customers. As an Inbound Business Development Representative, you will specialize in sourcing sales from cold outbound efforts. If you are entrepreneurial, passionate, coachable, a hard worker, and willing to cold call, you could be the right fit.
What experience you’ll bring to Spiff…
- 2 years sales experience
- Educate & qualify marketing driven leads to create sales-ready opportunities
- Master the ability to evangelize the Spiff story
- Collaborate with sales reps to schedule prospect calls, meetings and demos
- Proactively keep abreast of our industry and the technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers
- Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, from the web and other sources, and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in CRM
- Previous track record working with Account Executives to strategize methods to reach targeted accounts with the goal of setting meetings.
- Experience and ideas to collaborate with your peers sharing standard methodologies, “oops moments,” and role-playing to make sure you’re focused on continuous improvement.
