Currently hiring an experienced full-time radiology authorization specialist in our Hauppauge location. This is a non-clinical position. Join our busy, growing multi-specialty private practice whose mission is to provide the best possible patient experience!
Duties include authorizing all types of radiology studies utilizing all available web portals and over the phone when necessary and scheduling these tests at various radiology facilities on Long Island.
Qualified candidates will possess:

Minimum Requirements:
- Three years radiology authorization experience.
- One year insurance verification experience and working knowledge of Medicare, WC/NF, commercial insurance
- Three years EMR experience
- Reliable transportation

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
