Spine Search is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join a growing orthopedic spine practice in the Palm Beach County area.
This is a Monday through Friday, full time position offering comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities
- Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)
- Determine company's strategic growth as part of the executive team
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects
- Assist the practice in continuing to grow and expand
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline 5 -10 years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in a surgical practice or private practice as a whole
Salary : $80,000 - $105,000
