JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

The Telemarketing Representative is responsible for making and receiving telephone calls to potential customers to solicit getaway packages to visit and preview one of our resorts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make outbound and outbound calls to customers to solicit a getaway package.
  • Must turn over a minimum of turnovers per day, minimum determined bymanagement.
  • Participate in training as required.
  • Represent the company in a Positive and Professional manner in and out of the office.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to speak clearly and effectively.
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.
  • Capable of handling customer objections through use of rebuttals provided by company.

OPTIONAL SKILLS A PLUS

  • Knowledge of Spinnaker Resorts Locations and or the Timeshare Industry
  • Prior experience in Sales/Telemarketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour
