Are you looking for an exciting full-time sales career opportunity? Resort Sales of South Carolina & Spinnaker Resorts has exciting career opportunities for you. We are actively hiring for full-time Vacation Activators responsible for calling customers who have purchased a package and help them choose a date to travel that works well with resort availability. We have flexible work shifts in the morning (9:00AM - 3:00PM) and evening (3:00PM - 9:00PM). Why wait?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to customers to book date of travel for getaway package
- Maintain a minimum number of bookings as determined by management
- Participate in training as required
- Represent the company in a Positive and Professional manner
- Perform other related duties & special projects as requested
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to speak clearly and effectively
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
- Good customer service skills
- Must be computer literate
OPTIONAL SKILLS A PLUS
- Knowledge of Spinnaker Resorts and or the timeshare industry
- Prior experience in Customer Service, Sales or Telemarketing
