We
are looking for a talented Receptionist and Order Entry Specialist to provide
personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner, and
to provide first-class customer
service to internal and external customers.
In this role you will enjoy the challenge of
thinking on your feet, making decisions quickly and efficiently with little
supervision. You will also serve a first point of contact for visitors at the front desk.
Receiving and sorting daily
mail, organizing and coordinating our visitors calendar, answering and
screening phone calls and directing inquiries to the proper party within the
team.
Collaborate with the team
and assist in the coordination of site events, hosting of the site’s VIP visitors
and customers.
You will be the front-line support for domestic and
all international inquiries, orders and/or problems with customers, entering and
confirming sales orders using ERP system in a timely manner, per customers’
purchase orders, specifications, ISO procedures, Watson Marlow Terms and
Conditions of Sale, etc.
In this role you will also prepare quotes on
pricing, availability, and estimated shipping cost with support from other
departments, provide customers tracking information for their orders, and research
and acknowledge customer inquiries to resolve issues in a punctual manner.
Print picking lists to shipping department, review shipped orders for
accuracy, issue invoices and email them to customers, and other duties as
assigned by manager
