Job Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical assembly and electro-mechanical assembly following written and verbal instructions.
  • Use tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and crimpers to complete assembly operations.
  • Understand and identify standard and metric assembly hardware and tools.
  • Follow quality procedures and maintain proper shop flow controls.
  • Assist as required in other areas of Operations (physical inventory, stockroom, shipping, etc.).

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma and 2-4 years of assembly experience.
  • Ability to read documents and assembly drawings and follow detailed test procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows-based programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).

Spirent applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.

Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience at or in line with the minimum requirements.
