Now, we're seeking an experienced Warehouse / Operations Manager to elevate our warehouse operations.

Position Overview :

As the Warehouse / Operations Manager, you'll oversee all warehouse operations, from inventory management to team leadership.

We need someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about operations productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

Utilize Finale Inventory Control System and Shipstation for inventory management and order processing.

Ensure proper handling and delivery of fragile items while reducing costs and maintaining timely deliveries.

Lead and mentor team in efficient warehouse procedures to maximize productivity, minimize errors, and maintain high standards of performance.

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipping / receiving activities, and team productivity.

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications :

3-5 years of experience in warehouse management / operations, or supply chain management.

Proficiency in Finale Inventory Control System, Shipstation, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of shipping and logistics best practices.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to analyze data to drive operational improvements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid Florida Driver’s license and ability to drive company box truck to shipping hub when needed.

Additional Requirements :

Willingness and ability to work an extended schedule during the busy holiday season in December.

Physical capability to operate a pallet jack and handle the movement of boxes and pallets for both receiving and shipping preparations.

Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $30.00 - $33.50 / hour.
