You will join SPIROL with experience in either creating interactive online learning activities or experience in audio-visual web and e-learning development. You will have the ability to manage goals and timelines for multiple projects.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:
- You will develop training material on basic training topics and processes by learning the job and translating the on the job training into a comprehensive training program (video, online course, visual aids, and/or classroom training material).
- You will translate technical information into clear, concise and technically accurate documentation and training that is appropriate for various audiences.
- You will work collaboratively with subject matter experts on technical processes to develop comprehensive training programs from material provided by the expert.
