Sploot is introducing a brand new approach to veterinary care, and we’re looking for Veterinary Technicians to join our team, and support us in opening our new Urgent & Primary Care Clinics in Denver, CO.
We decided to launch our network of Urgent & Primary Care Clinics as we believe that every pet deserves high quality veterinary care whenever and wherever they need it. Whether it’s a routine visit or something that “just happened and can’t wait”, we’re there for our pets and their parents.
We know that great treatment must start with a happy and healthy veterinary team, and that’s the reason we set out to create a supportive, healthy, and balanced environment that enables veterinary professionals to thrive. We also know that Veterinary Technicians are the foundation of a strong veterinary clinic, and that’s why it’s a priority for us to get the best talent out there.
What you’ll do:
* Provide the best medical care possible to our pets whenever / wherever they need it
* Offer pet parents a positive and supportive experience to ensure they know their furry babies are being taken care of
* Collaborate with our team of veterinary professionals to ensure we work as one team to offer the best care for our pets as well as best experience to our pets’ parents (they have feelings as well you know)
* Live by and spread the Sploot culture by encouraging flexibility and work-life balance, and providing the support required for team members to be happy and healthy
Who you are:
* Have at least 1 year experience as a veterinary technician in general medicine and / or surgery
* You are a team player, and always looking to collaborate with others in the organization
* You’re excited about working with a team that is introducing a brand new approach to veterinary care
* You’re as excited as we are about offering pets the best care possible whenever and wherever they need it
What Catches Our Eye:
* Experience in emergency medicine / urgent care medicine
* Earned a Veterinary Technician certification / licensure (CVT / RVT / LVT / LVMT)
* You passed the VTNE
