In Home Caregiver

We are hiring dedicated caregivers to become an integral part of our team. As an in-home caregiver, you'll play a crucial role in delivering essential care and support to seniors within the familiar surroundings of their homes. Our aim is to match you with a permanent client, ensuring a comfortable and supportive caregiving experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of caregiving experience, preferably with senior clients.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but years of experience may be substituted.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to scheduled shifts. Our clients are located throughout the Kootenai County area.
• Commitment to work a 4, 8, or 12-hour day shift ( Monday to Friday between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm), or a 12-hour night shift (non-sleeping) from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. Weekend shifts are also available. We work to match you with a schedule that best meets your needs based on our clients needs.
• Willing to commit to at least 20 hours a week and set days you are available to allow us to match you to an ideal client and schedule. (Overtime is available)

Responsibilities:

Our caregivers provide non-medical care to seniors, including:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, and hygiene
• Aid in cooking/meal preparation
• Light housekeeping tasks
• Medication reminders
