What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quick Lube Greeter / CSA position at Spokane Quick Lube?
Greeters / CSAs provide outstanding customer service, counter sales, process invoices, tender payment, and offer assistance by responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. In addition, perform store data entry of merchandise, inventory, supplies, and maintain the office area and customer lounge. CSAs also occasionally assist the Service Team in servicing vehicles, changing oil and filters, adding fluids, checking tire pressure, washing windows, and vacuuming floorboards, as well as other duties as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat professional attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location
- Records customer’s name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage (walk around)
- Retrieve customer vehicles at the cashier for pick-up; wait at the vehicle for the customer, thank customers for their business
- Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of trash, water, leaves, and dirt.
Qualifications:
- Must have 6 months previous retail sales experience.
- Experience with a Point-of-Sale system and small office equipment
