The Planning Administrative Assistant provides clerical, secretarial, and other general administrative support to the Division of Planning and Development. Work requires the application of independent judgment based on knowledge of policies, procedures, and functions. Employee has regular contact with both inside and outside sources to supply or obtain factual information. Position requires regular attendance in person, concentrated attention to detail, and a willingness to learn how STA operates.

Examples of Duties
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED. Vocational or business education is a plus. Three years of increasingly responsible administrative work.
