We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to work with youth athletes and enhance their athletic performance. As a Sports Performance Coach, you will design and implement training programs to improve strength, speed, agility, and overall fitness levels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute age-appropriate training programs for youth athletes
- Conduct fitness assessments and track progress
- Provide guidance on proper techniques and injury prevention
- Motivate and inspire young athletes to achieve their goals
- Collaborate with coaches and parents to support athletes' development
Qualifications:
- Certified personal trainer or strength and conditioning specialist
- Experience working with youth athletes in a sports performance setting
- Strong knowledge of sports science and training principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for youth development and creating a positive training environment
