About Flanker Kitchen & Sporting Club
A revolutionized dining, drinking and entertainment establishment opening mid-September across from Vivint Arena in Fountain Plaza at The Gateway. Owned and operated by Las Vegas-headquartered Carver Road Hospitality, the complex will feature a restaurant, three bars, 400-square-feet of LED screens, private karaoke and golf simulator rooms, a central nightclub and a cocktail lounge with bowling.
Open seven days a week, the restaurant will serve American bar and grill food favorites along with more eclectic offerings and playfully crafted desserts, all freshly prepared in the full kitchen.
Position Summary
The dishwasher keeps the restaurant humming, maintaining a safe and hygienic workspace from set-up to break-down.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Takes pride in a job well done.

- Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook.
- Aides in cleaning inside and outside the venue.
- Proper storage and removal of garbage and soiled linens.
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of dish station, the kitchen and the entire venue in accordance with Health Department.
- Follow supervisors instructions, communicate with and support co-workers while being a team player.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of the dish machine.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of proper usage of cleaning chemicals, equipment and supplies.
- Communicates product needs to the chefs and/or purchaser.
- Properly sets-up dish station and performs opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
- Reports all breakage, damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management.
- Portrays a positive and professional attitude.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Candidate must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
- Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
- Role may include job duties or tasks requiring repetitive motion.
- Working environment may include exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials.
- Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
