What Makes for an Awesome Staffer

• Retail or other industry experience (preferred but not required)

• Knowledge of the gear in assigned department

• Preferably have an open schedule  

• Are team-oriented and self-sufficient. 

• Can assist customers in an enthusiastic and courteous manner; providing service that makes customers say "WOW!" (in a good way).

• Will advise and suggest products that are perfect for customers' wants and needs.
