What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laminator position at Sportsman Boats Mfg.?
Sportsman Boats is looking for a Fiberglass Laminator who will be responsible for laminating layers of fiberglass on molds to form boat decks, hulls, and parts.
What you will do : Select precut fiberglass strips and place onto prepared molds. Pat or press layers of saturated mat or cloth into place on molds, using brushes or hands, and smooth out wrinkles and air bubbles with hands, rollers or squeegees Mix catalysts into resins, and saturate cloth and mats with mixtures, using brushes.
