Insight Intelligence Manager

At Spotlight, we pride ourselves on leveraging insights from our client’s analyst relations (AR) programs to provide insights that inform our client’s business decisions. The role of Insight Intelligence Manager plays a critical role in partnering with our clients to address their needs for insights, create strategic plans, and to lead the execution of insight activities and programs which they find successful and a key value-add. The ultimate goal of your day is to elevate Spotlight’s existing relationship with its Insights Intelligence clients by focusing on their key needs, becoming a trusted partner and guiding the client through Spotlight’s process toward successful achievement of identified goals.

Specifically, the Insight Intelligence Manager on the Spotlight Insights Intelligence team will own:

• Client management – Tracking, managing, reporting on and measuring the success of insight intelligence work done for clients. This will be done in concert with colleagues who have pre-existing client relationships through our AR consulting programs and technology solutions.
• Client cadence – Creating and managing project timelines, client touchpoints, status updates, and follow ups via a proactive, strategic approach to address client needs.
• Executive communication – Engage with client’s executive-level leadership via succinct verbal and written communications for insight intelligence work, including presentations and email communications.
• Own the execution of surveys – Own the creation, distribution and data collection from customized perception audit surveys
• Collaborate on Intelligence analysis and findings –Work with Insight Intelligence Director to analyze survey data, prepare data visualizations, and summarize findings 
• Collaborate on collecting and analyzing other sources of data – Similar to perception audit surveys, the Insight Intelligence Manager will be a contributor on activities to gather insights from other sources, including: user reviews, market research and market intelligence, related data and analysis.

To be most effective, candidates should have a strong degree of curiosity and be experienced with client services. You should have a strong interest in digital and data analysis. You could come from a variety of backgrounds, including consulting, marketing, journalism, advertising, public relations, or data analyst roles, among others.

• An upbeat, fun, and engaging attitude
• Excellent communication skills and style
• Experience running multiple client programs simultaneously
• Mastery of office productivity tools (documents, spreadsheets, presentations, email, etc.) a must; exposure to data tools is ideal
• Ability to coordinate different deadlines and different clients
• Minimum of 3 years of client experience, or related data analysis experience
