Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team at our busy distribution center. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment to load and unload materials, pick orders, and assist with warehouse operations. Duties: - Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to move materials within the warehouse - Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper stacking and securing of products - Pick orders accurately and efficiently using a picker or reach truck - Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues or malfunctions - Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment - Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Skills: - Experience operating heavy equipment, specifically forklifts and reach trucks - Proficient in order picking using a picker or similar equipment - Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment - Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of warehouse operations and distribution center processes - Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively If you are a skilled Forklift Operator looking for an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we encourage you to apply.
