As an UX Designer you will lead the user experience design efforts for the mobile team at Spree3D. It’s up to you to create an inspired and intuitive user journey for our mobile app that will delight users so much that they want to share their creations with their friends. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. You will collaborate with key members of the mobile team to analyze, and build our core app and other mobile experiences.
Candidates must enjoy working in a fast paced startup environment, where quick iterations based on user data drives the product creation process.
Responsibilities- Design great user experiences for our target market
- Create storyboards, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that clearly articulate the user experience for a UI designer to implement
- Create specs based on your creations so that the development team can implement your vision
- Drive user testing and competitive research by creating personas, validating what works, and inform the product team
- Establish best practices and lead research efforts in interaction design trends in the mobile space
- Gauge the usability of new and existing products and make constructive suggestions for change
- 4 years relevant UX experience
- Mobile app experience, with an understanding of the limitations and potential of mobile tech and interface for both iOS and Android
- Proficient in design software (e.g. Photoshop, Figma)
- Experience in user testing (Qualitative & Quantitative), analyzing testing results & determining next steps
- Experience working in an Agile & SCRUM based methodology
