Spring Creek Construction is looking for an Construction Admin/Project Manager Assistant who is experienced, reliable, motivated, and professional.
A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity in an amazing setting! There are approximately 20 properties in the Walden, Colorado region for which we are responsible for remodeling, maintaining, or building. The largest of these properties is a world-class log structure that is new construction.
This is a long-term, stable job (2 to 5 years):
Must relocate to Walden, Colorado
Housing available for full-time employees (specific housing needs to be discussed at the point of offer - housing does have some limitations)
Must already be authorized to work in the United States

Requirements:
Minimum- 5 years Project Manager and project scheduling experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office including- Excel, Outlook, Project, and Word
High school diploma or equivalent
Duties:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager with creating project schedules
Answer and direct phone calls, taking detailed messages when needed.
Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
