Pool Deck Supervisor

Description

  

· Manage pool staff.

· Help with staff scheduling.

· Enforce dress code of members and guests in and around pool areas.

· Enforce club policies around the pool areas, tennis courts and beach.

· Be able to assist with setting up the pool and beach furniture in the mornings and breaking down the beach furniture in the evenings if necessary.

· Trash management throughout the day within the pool areas and beach.

· Beach towel management within the pool and beach areas throughout the day.

· Assist members with towels when needed.

· Assist with pool and beach entertainment in season.

· Assist with pool and beach inventory pre and post season.

· This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for seasonal employment.

Requirements

• Need to be able to work with and manage young adults, be a team player.

• Maintain a friendly and polite demeanor to members, member guests and staff at all times.

• The ability to address children appropriately when they are not abiding to club policies.

• Need to be able to address members appropriately who are not complying with club policies.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Must be able to cope with working outside in the elements.

• Must be available for holiday weekends within the club’s season.

• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs, be able to climb stairs and walk on the beach without any difficulty.

• Must be able to work weekends.
