Culinarian/Cook Duties and Responsibilities
As a member of our culinary team, you are responsible for delivering food that is fresh, eye-appealing, delicious, and cooked to the specification of the member.
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- ensuring that ingredients and final product are fresh.
- Prep workstation for service.
- Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients.
- Utilize various cooking techniques.
- Present, garnish, and arrange final dishes
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, including handling food ingredients, utensils, equipment, and dishes.
- Handle and store ingredients and food items while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
- Communicate well with the F&B team, both back-of-house and front-of-house.
- Taking garbage to the dumpster area at the end of shifts.
- Must be able to stand 4-8 hour shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Job types: Full-time & Part-time
Pay range: $13-$18 per hour dependent on experience and execution.

Education/Experience:
- High school or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- 1 years of cooking experience (preferred but not required)
- 1 years of Restaurant or Club experience (preferred but not required)
