Description:
The Director of Operations will oversee and integrate logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and selected HR functions to support SupplyKick’s strategic goals and operational needs. As a senior leader, the Director will regularly collaborate with the CEO and other executives to drive SupplyKick’s growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Strategically lead the logistics, inventory management, and warehousing teams, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Serve as the main point of contact for HR coordination and consultation, facilitating communication and oversight.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the leadership team, driving decisions with actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations across operations and logistics.
- Collaborate with department managers in the hiring process and ensure SupplyKick attracts and retains top talent.
- Oversee customer service excellence, ensuring standards are met and partner relationships are effectively managed.
- Coordinate and lead internal and external events, fostering community engagement and embodying SupplyKick’s core values.
- Manage SupplyKick’s software tools and IT relationships, ensuring optimal setup, maintenance, and user training.
- Maintain and negotiate vendor and insurance contracts, resolving discrepancies and ensuring favorable terms.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years in leadership roles within operations and logistics, with a strong preference for supply chain management experience.
- Proven track record of strategic planning and team leadership.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to act as a liaison between various stakeholders and manage diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Deep commitment to inclusivity, integrity, and the professional development of employees.
- Ability to remain stationary and work in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
- Daily responsibilities include repetitive motions, such as typing, that may involve wrists, hands, or fingers

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,196.91 - $90,559.72 per year
