About The Role

SpringWorks Therapeutics is seeking an energetic and detail-focused clinical outsourcing specialist who will support SpringWorks’ planned clinical studies and be responsible for the coordination and management of site budget and contract negotiations, assist in vendor identification and selection through request for proposals (RFP) and bid defense. Ensure proactive vendor oversight, efficient management of outsourcing budgets, and streamlined processes that achieve performance and time objectives.

Specific responsibilities include

• Works closely with the study team to develop appropriate per subject cost estimates based on study design and schedule of events
• Generates Requests for Information (RFI) and RFPs and budget grids.
• Coordinates bid defenses and proposal review meetings and provides analysis to project teams.
• Contract lifecycle management: manages clinical contracts and change orders, including negotiation of scope of work, payment terms and budgets, and coordinates Legal Department review and negotiation of contract terms.
• Assists with budget/forecasting needs, such as accruals, project budgets, etc.
• Ensures quality oversight of suppliers.

About You: Required Education, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Science or related field;
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the biopharmaceutical/CRO industry preferred with minimum 2 years of clinical operations experience and at least 2 years of late stage clinical trial experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years negotiating budgets; preference with suppliers
• Excellent negotiation skills;
• Proven ability to effectively manage change;
• Ability to negotiate complex contract and payment terms
• Flexibility to assume a workload which frequently necessitates an adjustment of priorities;
• Detail and goal oriented, self-starter with proven ability to work independently;
