Veterinary Assistant or Licensed Veterinary Technician

Sprinkle Road Veterinary Clinic is looking for a Veterinary Assistant or Licensed Veterinary Technician to add to our dedicated team. We are, however, willing to train the right candidate. Working together to establish and uphold the highest standards of patient care, we believe that to care for our patients, we must also care for each other. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Safe and effective patient handling and restraint
• Knowledge of preventative care, medications, and vaccines
• Obtaining diagnostic samples - including radiographs, phlebotomy and sample collection, and performing in-house lab work
• Obtaining TPRs and relevant medical history for patient exams
