Job Type: Full Time, flexible (alternating opening 7 AM - 4 PM & closing 9 AM - 6 PM schedule)
Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Sprout locations: Main St and High St, Columbus, OH 43215 Columbus

• Have an educational background in Early Childhood Education and 5 years of direct experience in a similar position.
• Are a strong verbal and written communicator with some tech-savvy
• Complete tours of our school, answering emails and phone calls promptly
• Agree with and can deliver on our mission to provide exceptional care and learning, all while having fun
• Understand childcare and have a passion to continue learning and grow in this field.

Daycare Childcare Director MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Associates in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• 5 years or more in a similar role
• A child Development Associate Degree is an asset
• A written sample, i.e. cover letter, article, or newsletter
