Job Description:
Title: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Type: Contract (13 Weeks)
Shift: 8hr Day Shift
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours (8x5)
Job Details:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ADON to join our dynamic healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Helping to hire, train, teach, and monitor nurses.
- Managing clinical operations and developing care plans.
- Preparing the daily schedule and planning shifts.
- Ensuring nursing staff follows departmental procedures and policies.
- Assisting in budget preparation and expense management.
- Conducting patient rounds and addressing complaints.
Requirements:
- RN GA/Compact License.
- BLS (AHA)
- LTC experience required.
- Supervisor experience required.
- COVID Vaccination
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
