SPS Commerce is growing- We are looking for an Associate Solution Strategist to join our Analytics team. In this role, you will serve as a customer consultant for deploying products and solutions with the goal of designing solutions that meet customer needs and drive the long-term success of their business. The Solution Strategist is responsible for the analysis of both customer systems and SPS product capabilities to develop effective, scalable, and sustainable solutions.

The Day-to-Day
As an Associate Solution Strategist, you will expertly guide the customer through SPS products and solutions, ensuring a smooth and seamless integration that aligns with their strategic objectives. In addition, you will conduct thorough evaluations to ensure the accuracy, consistency and reliability of data.
- Collaborate internally, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of a project’s technical aspects, and alignment across stakeholders
- Deliver project activities on time, and proactively identify and communicate challenges that may jeopardize project milestones
- Develop a deep understanding of SPS product capabilities to design sustainable solutions
- Cultivate relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Customer Success, and Sales to drive strategic initiatives for future product innovation
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience; or equivalent education and experience
- Strong communication, change management, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Exposure to project-based work experience in IT, Project Management, Customer Service, or a related field
- Experience with customer-facing communications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage, inform, and build rapport
- Experience with SQL and Atlassian Products such as Jira and Confluence preferred
- Experience working with XML, CSV and other application file formats preferred
- Familiarity with text editing and data transformation tools preferred
- Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement processes relating to retail, manufacturing, grocery and/or logistics industries preferred
