Role
The Director, Human Resources and Talent is a key leadership role.
People operations : own all people operations processes including performance review cycles; compensation reviews and planning; benefits administration; legal and regulatory compliance as it relates to employment, and ensuring that we evolve our processes appropriately as the company grows.
Employee development and retention : develop and execute all learning and development initiatives and help drive a high-performing, fast-paced organization with a mindset that focuses on career development, growth, and retaining top talent.
Recruiting and talent acquisition: lead our recruiting and talent acquisition activities including defining and implementing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the company with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team.
Cultural champion: be a champion of our culture, helping the team understand and live our values through effective programs that promote morale while achieving our company goals.
Trusted advisor : be the trusted advisor to the Executive Team, holding all leaders and managers to a high-quality standard, and regularly attending executive level and Board level meetings.
Key Responsibilities Include
Recruiting
Oversees the recruiting process and personally interviews Senior Manager and above level positions.
Oversees background check, offer letter, new employee announcements, and the new employee orientation process, including early new hire communications.
Manages relationships with recruiting firms including negotiating pricing
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $58,216.00 - $152,160.00 per year
