We are an established E-commerce retailer in Walnut, CA that specializes in automotive and outdoor equipment. We are looking for detail-oriented and organized individuals to join our company. Those who are motivated and have a keen eye for attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
The Accountant position will report to the Accounting Manager. They will assist in posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. Update accounts receivables and accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
The position will also be required to prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports and update financial data in databases to ensure information is accurate and available to management. Review expenses, and credit card statements, including assisting in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements. Assist with the preparation of monthly and yearly closings.

Required Experience / Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
- E-commerce experience is strongly preferred
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Suite is a plus
- Experience with ERP software (Sage 100) is not required, but a plus
- Great attention to detail, organization skills, problem-solving and multi-tasking
- Experience with vLookups, Excel formulas, and pivot tables is not required, but a plus
- Bachelor's degree is required
