Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Leadership Team, including Sales, Delivery, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Experience, to set and execute a strategic marketing plan aligned with SquareWorks' lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue goals. Engage in discussions about new business opportunities and support company-wide initiatives.
- Full Funnel Marketing: Document, optimize, and oversee the entire customer journey, from awareness to conversion, utilizing data-driven insights. Identify best practices and areas for improvement, ensuring effective execution of marketing strategies.
- NetSuite Partnership: As a NetSuite Alliance and SDN Partner, maintain and strengthen the relationship with the NetSuite team, managing any required marketing deliverables or documentation. Collaborate with NetSuite Alliance and SDN Managers to coordinate and potentially sponsor events, webinars, trainings, and other initiatives.
- Partner Marketing: Work with SquareWorks’ channel partners in support of creating an executing joint marketing strategies to increase demand and brand awareness in the NetSuite ecosystem.
- Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Marketing professionals, setting clear goals and ensuring their achievement. Focus on hiring, retaining, and nurturing talent within the team.
- Execution of Marketing Initiatives: Oversee and actively participate in marketing initiatives aimed at elevating SquareWorks’ brand awareness within the NetSuite ecosystem. Ensure all marketing tools, materials, and customer-facing documents are optimized, up-to-date, and adhere to SquareWorks' quality standards.
- Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing: Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing Analysts, Product Managers, and Service Delivery Leads to generate inbound leads through diverse channels such as email campaigns, events, webinars, and networking.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance continuously. Implement A/B testing to refine marketing strategies and improve key performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in software and professional services marketing, with a strong understanding of accounting solutions, business applications, ERP, and CRM.
- 5 years of proven success in managing dynamic marketing teams, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SFDC, and a solid background in full-funnel execution, paid media advertising (LinkedIn, Google Ads), and CRO.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to work well in a collaborative, interactive team environment.
- A results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving measurable growth and a strong desire to drive customer success.
