Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to oversee construction projects and ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project management, and quality control.

We are based on Martha's Vineyard but living here is not a necessity. There are numerous options to commute. Expenses paid for.

Responsibilities:

- Manage residential construction projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate and oversee all on-site activities
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and specifications
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues
- Estimate construction costs and monitor project budgets
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards

Experience:

- Proven experience in residential construction management
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of electrical systems and construction techniques
- Proficiency in quality control and inspection processes
- Ability to estimate construction costs accurately
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
