Duties:
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors in commercial and residential settings
- Use appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment to ensure high-quality results
- Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows using squeegees, scrapers, and other cleaning tools
- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed while working at heights or on ladders
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing, bending, lifting, and climbing
- Ability to work at heights using ladders or other elevated platforms
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred
