Service Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the automotive service department
- Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service tasks
- Provide guidance and support to service technicians
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall business operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology

Skills:
- Strong background in auto service management
- Proficient in automotive diagnostics and repairs
- Knowledge of shocks, struts, suspension systems, air brakes, and diesel engine repair

Pay: $59,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Automotive diagnostics: 5 years (Required)
• Auto service management: 5 years (Required)
• Mechanic: 10 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Wailuku, HI 96793: Relocate before starting work (Required)
