What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile Nurse Practitioner position at SR Medical Services?
We have a GREAT opportunity for a reliable, team player to become part of our team to provide patients with primary care services in the home or in assisted living facilities. You will travel to see homebound patients in a mobile setting. You will be assessing patients with your clinical skills, order labs/x-rays/home health, manage their prescription medications, schedule patients, make referrals, return patient phone calls and complete documentation/billing for services for a team of patients. Hours will generally be 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.

Independent Worker
Computer Savvy- EMR experience, spreadsheets, etc.
Working Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Appointment Scheduling
Understanding of Medical Insurance (Incorporated in scheduling and to prepare billing for visits)
Maintain Accurate and Organized Records (Patient consent forms, billing, and daily logs)
Confident in Communication Skills
Highly Motivated (Dedicated to reaching goals set by manager)
Three or more years of experience in a healthcare facility or private physician office is a plus (but not required)
Dependable attendance
Positive and professional attitude
Excellent patient care skills and ability to multitask.
